Benefit dinner for a premature baby

GRAND JUNCTION, CO - Orchard Mesa Baptist church and the group Married to the Badge have partnered up to save a baby boys life.
A benefit dinner took place in honor of baby Axel who was born premature at 29 weeks. 
Axels parents are much cared for within the community as they are both a part of law enforcement. 
The benefit was a success, members of the fire department, police department along with family and friends were there in support, with many taking part in the silent auction as well.
Currently baby Axel is accompanied by his parents in Denver where he is under intensive care. 
Community members say they hope their support can help the Winch family in any way possible. 
"He was born at 29 weeks, pregnancy is 40 weeks so very very early, so hes got a long road ahead of him just a lot of things hes gonna have to fight through and  we are praying for a lot of miracles," said Courtney, Married to the Badge member. 
The family has create a this go fund me page\\\\\ for baby Axel hoping to reach the goal of $10,000, currently they have close to $8,000.
