People in the Grand Valley with friends and relatives in Hawaii were worried this morning when Hawaiians received a missile warning text message on their phones that turned out to be a mistake made by Hawaiian emergency officials.
There was no missile launch, but the mistake frightened a lot of people.
State emergency officials were reportedly conducting a drill when the alert was sent out warning of the missile attack and saying it was not a drill. It wasn't until many minutes later that word got out that the alert was not true. This is a developing story and we will have updates as more information becomes available.
