Search for Dog That Killed Service Dog

Grand Junction, CO - A Grand Junction family is offering a reward for information about an unleashed dog that attacked and killed their black miniature poodle.

Dr. Kit Haddow and Christine Haddow say they were walking their dog, Nick, in Sherwood Park on November 4th when he was attacked by a Great Dane/Bull Mastiff mix. Nick later died from wounds suffered in the attack.

The Haddows say the dog that attacked was owned by a woman who was driving a dark green Nissan Titan truck and was letting the dog run unleashed in the park when the attack happened.

Nick had just become a Registered Therapy Dog for HopeWest and was on his way to meet his first patient when he was attacked.

The Haddows are seeking any information about this incident and ask anyone who has info to call 970-361-4450
