GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - In an effort to bring more tech businesses to The Grand Valley, The Grand Junction Economic Partnership presented it's latest video project, "Grand Silicon Valley."
The "Grand Silicon Valley" video launched on June 6th at the Western Colorado Economic Summit.
The video, sponsored by Colorado Pera and produced by Lightbulb Media, shows several examples of entrepreneurs who both work and live in the Grand Valley.
It demonstrates that you don't need to live in a big city to be successful in the tech industry.
"We're very quickly becoming a tech hub so we really want to use it as an opportunity to recuit new buisnesses into the area." said Kristi Pollard, Executive Director of the Grand Junction Economic Partnership.
"The more people that we have involved in the movement and the more understanding that we have in the community I think there's going to be a higher probability for success." said Page Tucker, President of Prostar Geocorp.
If you'd like to check out the video, you can find it online on the Grand Junction Economic Partnership Website.
