Redlands Lion’s Club President’s Day Celebration

Local Events

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — On Monday morning, February 15, The Redlands Lion’s Club members and volunteers will be placing American flags out for their customers to help celebrate Presidents’ Day (depending on weather conditions). The flags will be taken down later in the afternoon.

They would love to have some extra help with this project! If you’re able to help, please call the number below.

The areas that the club serves are Tiara Rado, Seasons, Monument Village, Panorama,
and Redlands Village subdivisions to name a few. Flags will also be displayed
at Community Hospital and some Redlands area businesses.

The Redlands Lion’s Club flag service honors 9 patriotic holidays annually. The
cost for residents is a donation of $35. If you are interested in subscribing to this
service please contact Lion’s Club member Lance Wade at 270-4658 (leave
message) or Dave McIlnay at 433-7961.
