MONTROSE, Colo. — The City of Montrose will begin its annual fall leaf cleanup on Monday, November 15, with the free service running through Friday, December 10.
All leaves must be bagged, preferably in clear bags. Bagged leaves must be placed on the curb in order to be picked up. Limbs and other yard debris will not be collected. Bagged leaves will be picked up by routes running Monday through Thursday, and a final city-wide sweep will occur from December 6 to 10.

Starting Monday, November 8, the city will begin selling bundles of leaf bags for the annual cleanup. The bundles, which contain four clear leaf bags each, are available for $1 at City Hall, located at 433 South First Street, and at the Public Works Shop located at 1221 6450 Road. Please note that any brand of clear leaf bags is acceptable.
Additionally, the City of Montrose would like to remind residents to refrain from raking leaves into the street or city storm drains.
