GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Law enforcement officers seized a sizable amount of drugs during a traffic stop on Wednesday night on I-70 west of Debeque.

Officers with the Western Colorado Drug Task Force and the Colorado State Patrol discovered over 100,000 fentanyl pills and around 75 pounds of methamphetamine during the stop. Officers then arrested 25-year-old Ramon Cesena-Valdez of Grand Junction and transported him to the Mesa County Detention Facility.

Cesena-Valdez is facing several drug-related charges.
