GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Law enforcement is investigating a bank robbery that happened this Tuesday afternoon in Orchard Mesa.
It happened at the Coloramo Federal Credit Union on Highway 50 at around 3:15 p.m. A man approached the bank teller and insisted on money. The suspect then fled on foot with another man, according to The Grand Junction Police Department.
The GJPD and FBI are investigating this robbery and are working to find the suspects.
Law enforcement believes this to be an isolated incident with no ongoing threat to the community.
