Ordinance to Help Grand Junction Businesses Impacted by COVID-19

Coronavirus

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- An ordinance by the City of Grand Junction is in effect immediately to help businesses within city limits.

All businesses are eligible for a refund of sales and lodging taxes collected by the city in February. A form to apply for this refund can be found on the city’s website here.

While the state and county governments have not decided whether they will take similar measures, Grand Junction city officials hope this will ease some stress on businesses amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

We will continue to provide the latest information released by city, county, and state government agencies as officials and Colorado residents continue to address the COVID-19 pandemic.
