Rise Above the Silence Walk for Suicide Prevention

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- - Students with The RISE program at Grand Junction High School have organized a walk to raise awareness about mental health, suicide, and suicide prevention.

The "RISE Above the Silence" walk will be held on CMU's campus on April 22nd.

 Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. and the event runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Recommended donation to participate in the was is $20 for adults and $10 for students and kids.

All proceeds will be donated to The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
