GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Get ready for some bikes and beers in Downtown Grand Junction this Saturday and Sunday for the 2nd annual Maverick Classic Beer Festival.
The races begin at 11 a.m., and the beer festival starts at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
This year, 12 breweries are planning to attend the event;

- Palisade Brewing Co.
- Base Camp Beer Works
- Trail Life Brewing
- Copper Club Brewing Co.
- Ska Brewing
- Ramblebine Brewing Co.
- Gemini Beer Co.
- Talbott’s Cider Co.
- Stoik Beer Co.
- Kannah Creek Brewing Co.
Parking is available in the parking garage at 5th and Rood Ave., with additional parking available off 7th and Colorado. Parking will also be available on the streets surrounding the closed course.
