DELTA, Colo – The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Missing Person Alert for a 10 month old female.
The CBI says Ezaylea Cowger was last seen this morning traveling in a 2005 White Chevrolet Impala with CO license plates QKF867.
