GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Camila Galindo was born and raised in the Roaring Fork Valley. Galindo stayed close to home to attend Colorado Mesa University where she studies international business. Outside of her coursework, Galindo is involved with three student-led clubs.

Galindo is the Founder and President of the Hispanic in Business Club. Her vision for the club is to help Hispanic business students establish an equal playing field with others. Galindo believes past generations of Hispanic leaders opened doors to new opportunities for her and others and wants to build on their progress.

When Galindo graduates, she hopes to find a job that combines her love for travel and interest in joining a company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion team.
