GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The City of Grand Junction has started planning the construction of a community recreation center that is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2025.

The center is expected to include a three-court gymnasium for pickle ball, volleyball, basketball, an indoor walking track, a lap pool, a wellness pool, a hot tub, climbing wall, family game room, and some multi-purpose event space.
