Easter Sunday Drive-In Services

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – Victory Life Church in Fruita plans to hold a drive-in Easter Sunday service.

Pastor Josh Cook shared details about its plan for Easter drive-in services.

Victory Life is inviting 200 to 225 cars to the parking lot for the 9:00 and 11:15 a.m. services.

Cars will be parked in every other space and attendees don’t even have to roll down their windows as the service will be broadcasted on a radio channel.

Pastor Cook will preach from a stage in the middle of lot and all volunteers will be wearing face masks and gloves.

“We’re excited about this opportunity, we believe it’s a way for people to actually come to church on, what we believe is, the most important weekend of our calendar year, at least from a church perspective and so we’re very very thankful for this opportunity to do so,” said Pastor Cook.

Nobody will be allowed inside the building and Pastor Cook asks those in attendance to not exit their vehicle unless under extreme circumstances.

The church also offers web services.
