GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – In case you missed it, Shayna Heiney with the Housing and Building Association of Western Colorado joined KREX5 an Noon to talk about the upcoming 40th annual Parade of Homes event.

There are 8 homes on parade between Grand Junction and Loma.

Homes can be toured over two weekends, October 8th to 10th and October 15th to 17th. The homes will be open from 10 am to 6 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 10 am to 4 pm on Sundays.

Prior to touring homes, participants are encouraged to download the app to preview homes, plan your day, obtain builder information and receive map and navigation assistance. To download the app, just visit the app store on your mobile device, search “Grand Junction Parade of Homes” and click download.
