A Central HS student gets a new bike from the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — Leave it to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office to solve a problem. When a local high school student lost his ride to school, the sheriff’s department rode to the rescue.

Eric, a Central High School student with autism, loves riding his bike to class. Unfortunately, Eric’s teacher began to notice that his bike was falling apart.

In response to the issue, she got in contact with the school’s resource officer, and they took care of the problem.
