GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Grand Junction Police Department made an arrest Tuesday night in a string of crimes committed over several days.

Peirce Yarian is suspected of stealing a vehicle on Saturday, October 28, and using that car in an attempted robbery the next day at the “Still Smokin Convenience Store.” Investigators believe Yarian then robbed the “Golden Gate Gas Station” on Halloween.

The suspect, identified as 26-year-old Peirce Yarian, was booked on the following charges:

  • 1st Degree Motor Vehicle Theft
  • Robbery
  • Attempted Robbery
  • Vehicular eluding
  • Criminal Mischief
  • 2nd Degree Burglary of a Building
  • Theft
  • Attempted Theft
  • Criminal Impersonation
  • Criminal Possession of Financial Devices
  • Criminal Possession of an Identification Document

The investigation is still open and no further information is available at this time.
