Bank Robbery In Grand Junction

Grand Junction, CO - The Grand Junction Police Department is on the scene of a robbery at the U.S. Bank on 24 1/2 Road and Patterson.

The robbery occurred on Monday afternoon. There are no reports of anyone injured in the incident.

The GJPD is describing the suspect as an Hispanic male in his 20s, approximately 6'2" tall, with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black Calvin Klein hoodie, light jeans, and light tennis shoes. The bank is closed for business. Out of an abundance of caution, an officer was placed at the nearby Juniper Ridge school as it was being let out for the day.

Police are asking anyone with information about the robbery or the suspect to call the non-emergency dispatch line at 970-242-6707.
