GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – It was a busy day for a local boy scout troop at the VA Medical Center.
50 state flags and 75 United States flags lined the facility for the holiday.
Boy Scout Troop 303 began putting up the flags at 7 a.m. in honor of our fallen troops, who fought and died for our freedoms.
They started taking down the flags at 4 o’clock this afternoon.
We hope you got the chance to see the display in person, but if not, this annual tradition occurs every Memorial Day.
