CARBONDALE, Colo. — A student or staff member at Carbondale Middle School tested positive for COVID-19 resulting in the quarantine of almost all of the 6th grade class because the entire grade and its teachers are considered a cohort.
CMS parents and students received notice that 6th graders would transition to distance learning on Friday, November 20. This cohort will quarantine through November 27 and return to in-person learning on Monday, November 30 after Thanksgiving break.
