GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – Citizens for Clean Air, Grand Junction is unveiling a new air quality monitor, crucial in helping the public make important health decisions, according to the organization. On Monday, the group held a press conference to discuss the project called: Citizens Ozone Monitoring Initiative.
This project is introducing tri-sensor air quality monitors to measure and report ozone readings and air pollutants in one low-cost unit. The monitoring can help the general public, as well as air quality professionals, gain a better understanding of air pollution.
