City Market is hiring for the holiday

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — As COVID-19 continues to affect almost every aspect of our daily lives, and for some, caused career layoffs, City Market is creating some holiday cheer.

Since the start of the public health crisis, City Market, as well as King Sooper, have hired more than 13,500 associates, and another hiring event occurred Saturday, November 14th. City Market and King Soopers interviewed many for this opportunity to support seasonal holiday business.

Jessica Trowbridge, Corporate Affairs Manager at City Market, says, “We are taking proactive steps to ensure our stores and facilities are clean, safe, and appropriately staffed, as well as shelves are full of fresh food and essentials, especially for the upcoming holiday celebrations.”
