Youth vaping may feel like a difficult conversation to start with children, but Mesa County Public Health and the Fruita Youth Initiative can help. Katie Nelson from Mesa County Public Health stopped by the KREX 5 News Studios to tell us about an educational event aimed at teaching people about vaping products and how to discuss them.
The Teen Vaping Prevention session will be on January 31 from 6 – 7:30 p.m. at the Fruita Middle School, located at 239 North Maple Street.
Child care will be available for preschool age children and older, and dinner will be served. To register, visit this link.
