Community Food Bank line wraps around streets amid COVID-19 financial struggle

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — The stay-at-home order went into effect last week on March 26th to protect Colorado from COVID-19 spreading further. Now, many people are out of work and having trouble feeding their families.

In a tragic time of need, the community came to the Community Food Bank on Tuesday, March 31st to feed their families. Although people were waiting for hours in their cars, the number one comment Tuesday was “thank you”.
