GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Heading to the Mesa County District Court, it’s day three of the civil case of Dr. Paul B. Jones v. the Emmons family.
The Grand Junction fertility doctor is on trial for allegedly using his own sperm to artificially inseminate multiple women without their consent or knowledge.
Jones can be seen walking into Judge Matthew Barrett’s courtroom (4/20). In November of 2019, Jones permanently turned in his medical license.
Jones also denies all accusations of secretly inseminating women with his sperm.
Among those that appeared in court is Cheryl Emmons, the mother of Maia and Tahnee, suing Jones on several claims for relief, including medical negligence, lack of informed consent, fraud, and extreme conduct.
