GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - The Mesa County Clerk and Recorder wants to know if you think there needs to be different places to vote this year.
The office has released the six voter service and polling locations in the Grand Valley that will be used for the general election this November.
But before it's set in stone, they want your opinion regarding the locations whether it be in person voting, drop boxes, registration services and where to provide voting machines.
The elections office says time is of the essence and are seeking comments until Friday July 22.
"We will take input from the citizens about anything at anytime so we welcome comments if they want to talk about how the process works or what their experience was in the last election," said Sheila Reiner, Mesa County Clerk and Recorder.
Starting October 22, Mesa County Central Services, Mesa County Fairgrounds, and Clifton Community Hall will be open for voting.
Two weeks later Colorado Mesa University, the Fruita Civic Center, and Goodwill Industries will open their doors.
To give your input on the voting locations you can email email@example.com or you can call (970)-244-1662.
