GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The City of Grand Junction is gearing up for an improvement project on Patterson Road.

United Companies will begin working on the east-west corridor on Monday, September 11. According to the city, the construction will be performed at night to minimize traffic impact.

The project is expected to cost over $2.8 million dollars and will be paid for by Mesa County (63 percent) and Grand Junction (37 percent).
