Grand Junction launches new website

Local News

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — We all know the beauty of Grand Junction. The city offers an urban vibe that blends well with the great outdoors; however, it can be hard to explain Grand Junction without seeing it for yourself. Fortunately, the city launched a new website that reflects the look and feel of the valley.

Grand Junction collaborated with Civicplus, a web designer, to update the city’s site. The new website mimics the ambience of the valley’s natural environment, while having features that make it easy for you to locate information. The new site is mobile-friendly, and it can be translated into any language. In addition, not only was the main page redesigned, but the Police Department, Fire Department, and Parks & Recreation webpages have also been transformed.

Greg Caton, Grand Junction city manager, says, “launching a website that celebrates the diversity of our city was a priority to me and our staff.”
