GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – The fun of the holidays can turn scary as decorating can actually be a dangerous activity. According to a report by Science News, 173,000 Americans were injured by tree lights and other holiday-related decorations in the last decade. Other risks include dried-out trees, ladder injuries, and even electrocution when installing lights.
