GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- A new study shows that teenagers who eat fast food, may be more likely to be depressed.

A program at Colorado Mesa University is aimed at combating this issue.

The program, dubbed ‘The Wellness Referral Program’ began last semester, and is aimed at integrating physical activity and diet changes to combat depression and anxiety.
