Kids Aid Helps Fight Hunger in Mesa County

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- More than 20,000 people are facing hunger in Mesa County. Nearly half of District 51 students are eligible for free or reduced lunch.

Member’s of Colorado’s Blueprint to End Hunger visited Kids Aid in Grand Junction today.

Blueprint is a statewide organization aimed at fighting hunger, and the group visited kids aid to learn more about the local nonprofit’s work.
