GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — The fifth annual Local Jam is just around the corner, and it is set to be the biggest one yet.

The purpose of this two-day event is to highlight the music scene in the Grand Valley.

There will be music from solo singers and songwriters to national touring bands.

Local Jam started as a rather underground event but has gained a lot of local buzz over the years.

Beyond the music, you can find food and beer vendors on sight.

Additionally, all event proceeds will go to a local charity, which truly emphasizes the name “Local Jam”.

Local Jam will take place at the Las Colonias amphitheater, August 24th, and 25th.

The tickets cost fifteen dollars for one day, or twenty-five for the weekend.
