In honor of Pi Day, signature and up-to-four-toppings individual pizzas are offered for $3.14 from open to close. As always, each pie is cooked by roaring firewood to enhance the flavor.
After being opened for roughly a year, co-owner Bob Marolf looks forward to this official tradition.
“The whole crew gets excited behind it,” Bob Marolf shares, “Everybody gets a little bit nervous because it’s so busy and it’s such a big day. It’s fun at the same time. We make it fun, everybody gets energized and we just rock it all day.”
Not only do you get great pizza at a good price, proceeds and donations go to a good cause. The Pi Day specials happen for giving back to a non-profit.
With every individual pie sold, they ask for at least a dollar donation towards the stepping it up organization,
Which provides personal training and life skills to people with special needs. The team hopes to break last year’s high record.
“Last year on Pi Day, we did 912 pizzas and we’re hoping to do close to that this year,” Cecily Marolf informs, “With COVID, that might be a little different but we’re hoping to do somewhere at least between 7 and 8 hundred pizzas. If we did more, that would be awesome.”
Whether you’re finding the circumference or cir-comfort, this special goes until 8 p.m only on March 14.
