*A Red Flag Warning is in effect for Western Colorado and Eastern Utah from 11 a.m. to midnight. Also, a Wind Advisory is in effect for the same area from noon to 9 p.m. for heavy winds and the possibility of blowing dust.*

TODAY: We have a hot, dry and windy day ahead. Temperatures start out in the 60s and 70s. However, by the afternoon, we will see drier conditions and temperatures in the upper 80s and low 90s. Winds will also start to pick up in the afternoon. We will see sustained wind speeds of 15-20 mph and gusts up to 45 mph. Winds will be strong enough to see areas of blowing dust at times.

TONIGHT: Temperatures will drop into the 50s with mostly clear skies and windy conditions.

EXTENDED FORECAST: By Wednesday, we will see cooler temperatures in the 70s but also the possibility of winds. The 70s stick around through Thursday before we see warmer temperatures in the 80s by Friday.
