GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.-Grab your clock and get ready to set it forward an hour, Sunday is Daylight Saving, which means we will be losing an hour of sleep.
Dr. Thomas Tobin, Cheif Medical Office of Community Hospital says tips for Daylight Saving is taking a 30-minute nap throughout the day, and exposing yourself to daylight.
While people are not excited about losing an hour of sleep, North Carolina resident Jeff Green is excited about springtime.
“I love that it stays lighter, later, as the seasons start to warm up, spring is always super exciting, and as it starts to warm up and you get very excitied about going outside!”
