GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — Nina Anderson, CEO/President of Express Employment Professionals of Grand Junction and Montrose, and The Committee to Elect Nina Anderson to House District 55, announces that due to redistricting changes filed by the Colorado Redistricting Commission on Friday, October 15, 2021, Anderson is forced to change her bid from Colorado House District 55 to Colorado District 54 for the election year 2022.

In April 2021 Anderson announced her campaign for Colorado House District 55. However, due to changes in the Legislative Redistricting map presented to the Colorado Supreme Court by the Redistricting Commissioners on October 15th, Anderson is required to change her bid to align with the updated maps.

Nina is the owner & CEO of Express Employment in Grand Junction and Montrose. Since starting the business 15 years ago she has put 7,433 people in jobs with over 700 companies (nearly 500 every year)!

Prior to owning Express Employment, she was a senior HR executive of publicly traded medical device development and manufacturing company with locations in Colorado, Minnesota, and Arizona.

She has made a great career in helping people find their success.

As a 4th generation western Colorado native, Anderson says, “I am blessed to live and own a business on the western slope, but I worry that politics threatens the economic competitiveness of our community. And I worry about the destruction of jobs and the fiscal health of our elderly population that call this the #westslopebestslope. I hope, with western Colorado lessons of tenacity and work ethic, I am able to earn the support of the newly mapped House District 54.”
