Presidential Primary returns to CO

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – It’s been two decades since the last presidential primary was held in Colorado. In 2016, voters approved to bring it back with Proposition 107. Unlike the caucus process- unaffiliated voters can participate in the presidential primary along with affiliated democrats and republicans. Mesa County elections department will send mail ballots on Friday, February 14th to all qualifying voters for the March 3rd primary election.
