Property tax notices will soon be in the mail stream

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — Mesa County property owners will soon receive their 2021 property tax bill. “Property tax bills, reflecting the taxes due for 2020 due in 2021, are available online,” said Sheila Reiner, Mesa County Treasurer. “The paper bills will be in the mail by the end of the month.”

To pay taxes online, obtain property tax history and receipts for payments, or view tax statements, visit https://appz.mesacounty.us/treasurer/web/login.jsp?submit=I+Have+Read+The+Above+Statement

Taxes can be paid in one full installment by April 30 or in two installments, with the first half due by the last day of February and the second half due by June 15. Payments must be received, not just postmarked, by the due date.
