GRAN JUNCTION, Colo. – (KREX) While residing in Grand Junction, community members can now access a new tool to report a non-emergency issue to the city. The Report A Concern Tool is available on the app store through the Grand Junction CO mobile app.
Emergencies should still be reported to dispatch by dialing 9-1-1. For non-emergencies, Grand Junction residents can report issues in the community now with the ease of a mobile app, the new report a concern tool replaces the existing Fix It Form and has made the process twice as easy. Upon opening the report a concern tool in the Grand Junction City mobile app, users can select from several categories to include issues related to park and trees, roads and sidewalks, streetlights, water and sewer all on your phone.
When reporting a concern, community members will have an option to include a photo and place a pin on the map where the concern is.
After submitting your concern, users can follow the process of when the issue will be resolved. Any community member can access the map with details of the report and track the completion of the issue through the status indicator.
