GRAND JUNCTION, Colo (KREX) – The temperatures are rising in the Western Slope and so are the rivers from the snowmelt. It is a host for great Colorado river fun but can also lead to unexpected danger.
There are many precautions that need to be taken before you and your friends go and enjoy the river during these hot days. Life jackets might be the main thing but it’s not the only thing that can save your life when you come face to face with danger.
