Roman Family Chiropractic hosts food drive for homeless teens

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — We are getting into the Thanksgiving spirit with a little help from Roman Family Chiropractic.

The medical office is collecting non-perishable food items and toiletries for the holiday. The goods will benefit homeless teens in the valley.

The food drive is called the Harvest of Love. It benefits The House, a safe place for Western Slope teens. Roman Family Chiropractic emphasizes how giving is good for the heart, and a happy, healthy heart, is good for the body.

You can drop off non-perishable food items and toiletries at the office,
which is located on the north side of Patterson, across the street from McAlister’s Deli.

The food drive ends in just over a week, on Thursday, November 21st.

They have been gathering food since November 1st, but Dr. roman says the turn-out is lacking.
