A tradition in its 9th year, a team of volunteers from the Mesa County Department of Health Services created 50 Easter baskets for Strive.
The baskets are put together every year for children with developmental delays and disabilities. Strive says sometimes these kids are left behind because of the dynamics of their family situation. The Department of Human Services says, as long as there is a need, they will continue to step in and support these children.
