Local News

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Rainy Reaman, the Suicide Prevention Coordinator at the Grand Junction VA Medical Center, stopped by the KFQX studio to talk about the suicide prevention programs available at the VA.

Not only are telehealth services available to help provide veterans with top quality mental health care, but there’s also a 24/7 crisis line, which is available to all veterans, their friends and family.

That number is 1-800-273-8255, and dial 1, or send a text to 838255.

More information can be found on the Grand Junction VA Medical Center website or call at (970) 263-2824.
