GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – A new Women’s Recovery Center operated by Mind Springs Health and West Springs hospital is receiving a big financial boost. $200,000 is going towards the construction of the new Clifton facility. The grant comes from the Daniels Fund.
The Recovery Center aims to help women battling addiction find their way to recovery.
The current facility is located at the state-owned Grand Junction Regional Center. But due to recent circumstances, the center must relocate.
“They’re closing it from what I understand and our lease with them is up in June. So, we had to begin something in order to keep the program alive and running.” – Mind Springs Health
The project located on the intersection of 32 and E roads.
