GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — With just six months to go, the 2022 state legislative primaries are coming into focus. With that we have the latest now on the House District 55 race. One of the first announce her candidacy decided to drop out of the primary race as a GOP candidate for House District 55.
Cindy Ficklin has decided to drop out, and says that a new candidate will take her place after the first of the year. Whoever runs would face local radiologist and Republican Patricia Weber in the upcoming primary. Weber entered the race in early December hoping to replace Representative Janice Rich in the upcoming primary. In the 2022 elections, Janice Rich will be running for Senate.
