Western Slope Triple Play Raises Money For Latimer House

Local News

MESA COUNTY, Colo. — The Western Slope Triple Play Golf Tournament scheduled for this weekend has the green light.

Colorado’s only three day women’s golf tournament aims to raise money for Hilltop’s Latimer House and the local economy.

“We’re very excited about bringing money into this economy… 85% are from outside Grand Junction and that is great, most stay for at least three nights some four… so they go to the hotels, and the restaurants get great value.” – Vicki Riley, Triple Play Committee Member

100% of the proceeds go to Latimer House which has seen an uptick in services required.

The event is sold out for participants, but the tournament is still looking for sponsors and donations.

If you’re interested, or can even help with donations for the silent auction, you’re asked to call or email Vicki Riley at 970-270-6003, vickiriley@bresnan.com.
