What started off as an average morning, canyoning a place he’s conquered a thousand times near Glenwood Springs, quickly shifted tones.
Cole fell five terrifying stories to the bottom after accidentally switching the side of the rope holding him up to the slack line.
Five fire personnel and two Garfield County deputies got to Cole about an hour and a half after his fall.
