GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Do you know a Remarkable Woman living on the Western Slope who deserves to have her story told? We want to recognize the great contributions women have made to our community. 

Remarkable Women is part of a nationwide Nexstar Media initiative to honor the influence that women have had on public policy, social progress, and the quality of life.

Throughout Women’s History Month in March, KREX will highlight local women who inspire, lead, and forge the way for other women. 

Four finalists will be selected from all nominees on the Western Slope, and one will win a trip to attend the Remarkable Women conference in Los Angeles and be eligible to be named Nexstar’s 2024 Remarkable Woman of the Year.
