Grand Junction, CO – (KREX) Central Florida came out on fire in the Championship game against Wabash. Central Florida scored 12 runs in the first two innings. These two had played in the longest game in JUCO history, two nights prior. In that game, Central Florida overcame a 10-6 deficit and 5 errors to come back and win in the 12th inning, 19-12. That game took 5 hours and 19 minutes to complete. But in the Championship game, Central Florida did not commit an error and led wire to wire for their first-ever championship. The final was 13-6.
